Today was the final day of the Nike 6.0 Lowers event and it ended in fine form. Andy was killing it all morning, as was Jordy, but they both went down to an on fire Gabe Kling on his was to taking the title. The beach breaks were still fun this afternoon as well, and I ended up getting some good waves on my 5`5 Aviso RNF. I was looking at the date on the bottom, and I have had it since `07. Thats three years, hundreds of sessions, and the thing still looks new when you take off the wax!

Here is another crazy sequence of my friend Ian getting absolutely slotted on his 5`5 Aviso RNF. Its so hard to put things into perspective, but this wave is such a heavy beachbreak. I surfed it a few times with him and the pictures really don`t do it justice. Definitely a wave he will remember for a very long time…
