When I saw this barrel, I was blown away. Phil is such a nice, soft spoken guy on land, but he truly transforms into a lion in the water. Here he is in a place that most surfers can only dream of…

Here is the first round of photos from Phil Goodrich`s latest trip to Nias. He spent a few weeks over in Nias painting one of his friends bungalows and scoring sick barrels during his downtime:)
