Going off again!!!

The waves were going off again today here in California.  From Imperial Beach all the way through the central coast I have been getting reports off barreling beach breaks and firing points!  Im so stoked to have had waves this past week.  Its Finally given me a chance to get in tune with my new 6`2 Doc Aviso and I absolutely love this board.  If I was stuck on an Island with one board this would be it for sure.  I got a few bombs today and it handled insane!  My friend Taro and I scored this morning, grinded insane sushi at Takao, then before dark I got sick Lowers with not too many guys out.  Here are a few pictures of the day…

It was epic this Morning! If you look close there is a guy standing in the barrel going right..

Christian Wach and his 9`1 Aviso

Check out these shots of Christian Wach killing it on his Aviso.  This kid is truly special.  He definitely stands out in any crowd (or crowded lineup)! He just has something about him that is hard to put your finger on. He surfs insane on any board, long or short. He is a talented artist and just a pleasure to be around!  Anyway check it out, you will be hearing a lot more about him in the near future…

Christian ripping!

Style way beyond his years!

This is why we surf….

It is so nice to finally have some good surf.  It is days like this that make you want to be a surfer.  All those crowded and crappy days are just a thing of the past, at least for tonight!  Most spots were going off up and down the coast from what i have been hearing…

Here are a couple of pictures from today.  It was such a great day!  We got to ride our short boards in the afternoon and then we went and tested some different paddle boards in the evening.  I swear the 9`8 Aviso quad is the best stand up I have ever ridden.  The thing is so responsive it is insane!  It floats and paddles great, and when you are on the wave it turns on a dime!

Right now I can barely move my arms so I am going to have to stop typing until tomorrow! Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday:)

Another perfect one with nobody on it...

Indian Summer in Cali!

Wow, I am so stoked!  I always tell people that October is the best month to be in Cali and now I remember why. High pressure setting up perfect conditions, left over south swells and finally some activity in the northwest! We scored some amazing waves around town and I cant wait to do it all again tomorrow! Here are some pics from this afternoon…

LF!

What can be said that hasn’t been said about Liquid Foundation Surf Shop!  In 18 years, a ton of top name team riders have ridden for the shop (Randazzo, McHenry, Rotgans, Buran), and have killed it.  I’m sure some of you have seen an LF t-shirt floating around your buddy’s dirty close hamper as well.  Todd Bartlett has been holding it down all this time as the owner, and is always giving back to the Mission Beach community, plus Todd is stoked on his Aviso 6-0 JJ TRXTR.  Check outwww.liquidfoundation.net, for all the latest and greatest in the World’s Leader in Carbon Fiber Surfboard Technology~Aviso Surfboards~Environmentally Sound for Future Generations!

Liquid Foundation has one of the best inventories of Aviso’s, make sure you ask for Todd, Jon, or Shoki, they have the knowledge to help any potential Aviso client make the right choice.  The boy’s at LF will set you straight every single time, believe that!  The store is located at 3731 Mission Blvd. San Diego, Ca. 92109, or call them up to place your Aviso order today 858 488 3260!  Make you sure you also pick up one of the vintage LF t’s, Neptune’s my favorite!
