Check out this update from our man RS!
“This is from the last swell, a shot of Spides (co-founder Atwater) on a board that was repaired over a year and half ago that has been riden by him for four years total on waves like this, The board just keeps going and the performance is constantly staying positive. It’s the same over time equally, no break down in peformance.
These shots were taken by John Rinek.
also was found on his atwater blog this shot was, said “Yoda”.”

I am having trouble getting pictures up right now, so in the meantime here are a couple of clips of our good friend Naki. As soon as we get things figured out I will put up all the pics of the Sacred Craft surfboard expo that we attended down in Del Mar this weekend, plus some of the first pics of the new Brian Anderson Aviso model from Robert August!
Check the link above for some clips of Carlson on his Aviso! Ryan Carlson is one of the most under rated surfers that I know. If you have not seen him before keep your eyes peeled for him in the upcoming …lost video or in Jesse Marley`s new release. Not only is Ryan a amazing surfer but he is a great person as well. I am always stoked to run into him on the road because I know I will have a good time and a great story to take home with me!

Our goal: To put the surfboard-and the modern-day kahunas who craft them-back at the forefront of surf culture. To place that influence, that importance, that responsibility, back in the hands of the artisans who shape our sacred crafts-and ultimately our future.
Check out this shot of Daniel Shayne up in Newport last week on the Aviso Rocket Fish!
Check out the link above for some sick footage from the upcoming …Lost video. Its been a long time coming but from what I have seen it is going to blow people`s minds. The things that Ward does on the 5`5 are nothing short of miraculous! He took his 5`5 Aviso on tour with him and went nuts in Chile, Australia and Mainland (just to name a few spots). Chris was saying that his 5`5 could fit deeper in the barrel than any other board he had, and he was making waves he never thought possible!! There is also some crazy Carlson clips, footage of Shea Lopez and many others. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for this one, its going to be a keeper for sure!
I just came across this video that was put up on Surfline today!! There is some insane footage of Newport this past week, including a couple of clips of Ford Archbold riding his 5`4 Aviso rocket fish from Jeff Johnston. This board is one of my favorites and ranges in size from the new 5`4 all the way up to a 6`6! Be sure to check it out!
Titus came into town the other day to play a concert at the Rainbow Sandal paddle race. We ran into each other yesterday at Trestles and today hooked up down at State Park to go for a little paddle. Here is a shot of Titus and I that our good friend Jason Kenworthy snapped real quick over by the cliff right before dark. Thats the 10`6 Titus model in the back ground. Titus is a huge fan of Aviso, and cant say enough about the board. He told me that after a crazy session when he can barely lift his arms from paddling he is always stoked to have his Aviso. He said he can surf spots he was never able to go before because he can carry his carbon fiber no problem! Check back soon for more shots of the Titus model and the man himself in action! Aloha!!!
Titus and I with his Aviso down at State Park! See more from Jason at JRKENWORTHY.com!
Check this clip that Collins sent over from a recent session in Mexico Beach during hurricane Ike. Collins is an underground ripper from New Smyrna Beach who is one of those guys that always seems to somehow sneak into the wave of the day! He is a barrel magnet and a huge fan of the Aviso Round Nose Fish. He claims it rides better in the barrel than any board he had ever ridden. I am going to try to catch up with him over the next few days and get everyone the whole story, right from the horses mouth. Anyway the waves have been going off still so make sure you get yourself out there!
